RN (Registered Nurse) — Cardiac Cath Lab

Location

Houston, Texas

Contract Length

10 weeks

Shift

Days; flexible 10-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, 4 days per week

Hours

40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
  • 3 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
  • 2 years of cardiac catheterization laboratory experience
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
  • Electrophysiology Lab experience

Preferred Experience

  • Circulating
  • Monitoring in Mac Lab
  • Scrubbing
  • Interventional, structural, and EP case experience

Schedule Details

  • Call: 4–5 per month, including 1 weekend per month

  • 719-bed Level I Trauma center
  • 11 labs
  • 40–50 unit cases per day
