Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Per Diem

Location: Dallas, Texas
Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

Provide cardiopulmonary services to inpatients and outpatients following approved protocols and department policies.
Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
Perform arterial line insertions and intubations.
Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis.
Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer.

Requirements

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Texas
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
NBRC
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Employment Details

Employment Type: Per Diem
Contract Length: 52 weeks (1 year)

Additional Considerations

Candidate must submit required certifications and documentation with application.
Experience with the facility or similar hospital settings is relevant.
Availability for interview within 72 hours of submission is requested.
Questions regarding facility setting, floating to other units, work schedule, EMR system, dress code, and parking may be asked during the process.
