Weekend coverage every other weekend, depending on unit staffing needs

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiology experience

Experience / Skills

Cardiac experience

Clinical Notes

Common diagnoses and treatments include chest pain, MI, open heart, Watchman, TAVR, post-op cardiac cath, and post-op pacer
May float to 1:1 assignments depending on needs

Compliance Requirements

Complete and clear screenings before start
Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
Department of Human Services fingerprinting
FBI Department of Aging fingerprinting
PA State Police clearance
Fingerprints must be submitted/uploaded before clearance
Volunteer clearances are not accepted

Additional Details

Weekly orientation on Mondays
Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel
Scrub color: any
Unacceptable attire: hoodies
Piercings: only nose studs
