Physical Therapist (Travel) – Pennsylvania

Location

• Towanda, Pennsylvania
• Acute Rehab setting
• Facility has 15 beds

Assignment Details

• Travel position
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start date: June 25, 2026
• Work schedule: Normal business hours, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible)
• No floating to other units; work exclusively on the acute rehab unit
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required
• FBI and Department of Aging fingerprinting required (must be current within last two years or completed prior to start)
• PA State Police Clearance (PATCH) required; volunteer clearances not accepted
• All fingerprinting must be completed before candidate clearance

• Position is a contractor replacement
