Registered Nurse - SICU/MICU

Job Overview

  • Contract role in New York, New York
  • Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, every other weekend
  • 3x12 schedule
  • 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New York
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Associate degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program

  • 24 beds
  • Average unit census: 17
  • Staffing guideline: 1:2

Additional Information

  • Weekend coverage required
  • Travel positions require 1 year of travel experience; not required for per diem positions
