Job Overview

Location: Denver, Colorado
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts
Hours per week: 36

Role Summary

Provides independent nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, health teaching, counseling, therapy, treatment, delegated medical functions, patient referral, and documentation.
May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need.
May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Telemetry experience within the last year
1 year of telemetry experience
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS
NRP
PALS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Registered nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
ACLS, NRP, and PALS as appropriate for the unit or service
