RN - Telemetry - Travel

Location

New York, New York

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Night shift: 7pm–7:30am
  • Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in New York
  • Telemetry (2 years of experience)
  • Telemetry experience within the last year
  • 1 year or more of total travel experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

  • EPIC experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
  • Assesses patient needs and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team
  • Educates patients and caregivers on care plans and discharge needs
  • Performs charge nurse duties as assigned
  • Documents nursing care accurately and thoroughly
  • Supports quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
