Location
New York, New York
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Night shift: 7pm–7:30am
- Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- EPIC experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care using the nursing process
- Assesses patient needs and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team
- Educates patients and caregivers on care plans and discharge needs
- Performs charge nurse duties as assigned
- Documents nursing care accurately and thoroughly
- Supports quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
