Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Antepartum (2 years of experience)
- Antepartum experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Role Summary
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient and family education, and care coordination
- Performs comprehensive assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
- Delegates and oversees team members, supports discharge teaching, and participates in unit quality improvement activities
