Registered Nurse (Home Health RN) - Kentucky, London

Job Details

• Specialty: Home Health RN
• Location: London, Kentucky
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days
• Hours: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Typical Workweek: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend rotation and holiday rotation
• Orientation: 2 weeks with a preceptor including a few visits with a work coach
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no specific color requirement)
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Caseload: Approximately 30 patients per day
• Visit Requirements: Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, and daily visits required
• Call Requirements: No on-call duties
• Coverage: Home Health only (no hospice)
• Support: Clinical manager or educator available 24/7 for emergencies and 8 AM to 5 PM for regular support
• Equipment Provided: Phone and tablet

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Home Health (1 year of experience)
• Home Health experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in a(n) Home Health setting
• Med Surg experience
• Experience with Homecare Homebase
