- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- AWOHNN fetal monitoring certification
- NRP
- 2 full years of experience in Labor and Delivery
Job Details
- Travel contract
- Will need to circulate for C-sections
- Floating required to postpartum
- 3 shifts of floor-specific orientation
Unit Information
- Labor and delivery / postpartum unit
- 14 labor and delivery beds
- 6 triage beds
- 2 OR suites
- 28 postpartum beds
- About 250 births per month
Patient Population
- Any gestational age
- Antepartum
- High-risk deliveries
- Substance abuse
- Pre-eclampsia
- Insulin-dependent diabetics
