Facility Details

• 58 beds
• Patient ratio: 1:15
• EMR: Point Click Care

Schedule

• Nights
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other or every third weekend
• Holidays as needed

Patient Population

• LTC, geriatric

Additional Notes

• Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (at additional cost)
• No charge differential at Good Samaritan Facilities
• No on call or call back available or billable
• Backouts and quits with less than 14 days notice incur a $500 fee
• Location-specific orientation: arrive 1 hour before shift for building orientation and may shadow another person if possible
