Job Description
- Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Holiday (EOH) required.
- May include intermittent charge nurse responsibilities; charge training and shadowing provided.
Required Qualifications
Licensure
- Must hold a valid, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) license for Ohio.
- Temporary licenses are NOT accepted.
- Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration.
Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association) required for clinical positions.
Experience
- Minimum years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing: Not explicitly stated (assume standard RN experience for Medical/Surgical).

Health and Immunizations
