Location: Clovis, California
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Immediate backfill, guaranteed 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NRP
AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

MMR immunization or acceptable titer/booster documentation
Hepatitis B immunization or acceptable titer/booster documentation
Varicella immunization or acceptable titer/booster documentation
Tdap vaccination within the past 10 years or declination
TB test within 30 days of start
Health statement signed and dated within 1 year of start
Criminal background check
Education verification
OIG search
EPLS search
OFAC search
National Sex Offender search
Medi-Cal suspended/ineligible provider list check
Drug screen within 30 days of start
Confirmation of assignment/job description
Acknowledgement of receipt for policy packet
Dispute resolution agreement

Attestation regarding any Do Not Rehire/Send record from the prior 3 years
COVID-19 vaccine documentation or approved exemption
Influenza vaccine documentation or approved exemption, when required seasonally
Fit test completed onsite
COVID test on start date for clinical staff
HLC confirmation, if completed before the Friday prior to start

Notes

Immediate backfill role
HLC testing completed by the Friday before start may qualify for a stipend
