Role Details

RN-Medsurg Flex pod MRMC
Responsibilities include patient assessment, nursing interventions per plan of care, hourly rounds using the 4 P’s, care of central lines, chest tubes, foley and suprapubic catheters, pressure ulcers, restraints, and high-fall-risk patients, plus precepting and mentoring novice employees
