Job Opportunity: RN Labor and Delivery

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description

Work in a Level IV Women & Infants Hospital with a 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit, 20-bed High Risk Unit, and 8-bed OB Triage.
Must be trained at Level IV in Labor & Delivery.
Experience with Magnesium and insulin drips required.
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification with advanced external fetal monitoring skills required.

Required Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

Valid RN license in Indiana.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced certification.
Ascension Fetal Monitoring certification.

Education

Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year.

Additional

Current Driver’s License.
