RN Transfer Center Coordinator

Overview

Dual role: scheduled shifts as House Supervisor and Transfer Center Coordinator.
May also be required to work shifts at the Fort Madison campus as House Supervisor.
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
House Supervisor (2 years of experience)
House Supervisor experience within the last year
Experience in Supervisor roles
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Previous Epic experience within the last 12 months
Experience with Epic
License/certification verification required for onboarding

Onboarding Requirements

Influenza vaccine or facility declination accepted
Education verification
Drug screen
Skills checklist
Pre-Orientation CBL acknowledgement
Epic Registration Acknowledgement Form
