Position Details

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of clinic nursing experience within the last year
- Urology nursing experience
- BLS and CPR certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Compliance and Documentation Requirements
- Proof of work eligibility in the US (I-9 attestation and form)

- Copy of Social Security Card or SSN verification
- Background checks including criminal, sex offender registry, and employment history (covering last 7 years)
- Education verification (diploma or transcripts preferred as placeholder if needed)
- NURSYS license verification for RN
- Drug screening: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start
- Fit test for N95 mask within 90 days of start, renewed annually
- Immunizations and health documents including:
- Tdap within 10 years or declination form
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella titers or vaccination proof
- Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
- Seasonal flu vaccination or medical/religious exemption (required during flu season)
- COVID-19 vaccination highly preferred; declination form required if not vaccinated
- Facility-specific orientation modules must be completed prior to start
- Passport-style photo for badge required before start date
Additional Certifications (as applicable)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) may be required depending on unit
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) if working with pediatric units
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) as required by unit
- Other certifications as per unit-specific job descriptions
