Job Opportunity: CRT (Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics)

Job Description

• May be assigned to an Emergency Team during your assignment, requiring you to stay at the facility until the event passes or serve as part of a relief team.
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
• Preference for candidates with Epic experience.
• Open to first-time travelers; new graduates are not accepted.
• Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 6:58 PM).

Required Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable with emergency event assignments as directed by unit management.
• Photo for badge: full-color, passport-style, taken within last 6 months, plain background, no filters or obstructions.
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification is not required for this specialty.
• Competency exams must be completed within one year prior to start with a minimum score of 80%.
• Employment application and skills checklist must be current and complete.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum years of experience: Experienced RT (no new graduates accepted).
• Prior travel experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted.
