Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Associate degree in nursing considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program

Provides safe, competent nursing care to a designated patient group
Assesses patient needs, applies critical thinking, and integrates nursing interventions
Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and evaluation
Educates patients and caregivers on care plans, transitions, health promotion, and disease prevention
Supports quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
May perform charge nurse duties as assigned

Travel positions require 1 year of travel experience; this is not required for per diem positions
