Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 weeks


Position Details

  • Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Charge/Supervisor
  • Department: Nursing
  • Shift: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)
  • Weekly Hours: 36 (rotating weekends)
  • On Call: No
  • Float Requirements: Yes, may work on up to 4 different units
  • Unit Beds: 77
  • Patient Ratio: 1:11
  • Patient Population: Adult
  • Scrub Color: Navy

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in Charge roles
  • RN Charge/Supervisor - Nursing Administration experience
  • Manager experience within the last year (0 years of experience acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in psychiatric healthcare settings
  • Direct experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
  • Skilled in patient assessments, family motivations, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations or similar entities

  • No on-call requirements
