Required Qualifications

License: Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Education: Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience: Critical Care Float experience within the last year
Experience: 2 years of Critical Care Float experience
Experience: Med Surg experience
Certification: BLS

Preferred Qualifications

NIH
Swallow Screen
Neuro experience
Competence in dysrhythmia

Orientation / Start Requirements

Weekly orientation on Mondays
Must be available for holidays as determined during phone screening
Must complete a dysrhythmia and math dosage test on day one of orientation

Trauma level: I
Beds: 22
Typical ratios: 5:1 to 6:1
Common diagnoses: CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizure, urinary, respiratory, and rarely cardiac cases

Dress Code

Any scrub color
Not allowed: hoodies, t-shirts, shirts with wording or pictures, facial piercings
