Job Description
- Labor and Delivery, Day Shift
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN or C-EFM
- Local candidates accepted
Required Experience
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (Labor and Delivery)
- Years of Experience: 2 years minimum
- Prior travel experience: Not explicitly required
Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - Must be AHA certified
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - Must be AHA certified
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN or C-EFM (per specialty requirements)
- State Nursing License (primary source verification required)
- Fire Card (must be obtained within 30 days of start date)
Competencies & Exams
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required for all RNs)
- Competency Exam as applicable by profession (must meet passing score)

- Photo for badge
- Signed job description
- Assault Response Competency (ARC) training within 30 days of start date (live 4-hour training)
- Access form, voluntary meal waiver, arbitration agreement
- De-escalation modules attestation (required for Emergency Department and CNAs)
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam clearance within the past year
- Fit mask test (3M Aura 9205+ or 3M1860s)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
- Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella: 2 MMR vaccines or positive titer
- Hepatitis B series or positive titer
- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer
- 9-panel drug screen within 1 year
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (September - March)
- Color vision exam (Ishihara test) required for specific departments including Labor & Delivery
- COVID vaccination plus booster
Background Checks
- Standard background check with 7-year search
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript, diploma, or education verification
