Job Overview

Schedule

• Monday: Hospital, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Tuesday: Hospital, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Wednesday: Free-standing ED, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Thursday: Hospital, 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Friday: Hospital, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM
• On-call required

Role Highlights

• Dual-modality X-ray and CT position
• One shift per week is at a free-standing emergency department
• Works with all ages, from neonate to older adult
• Settings include inpatient and outpatient care
• Hurricane sign-up is required, but not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year recent Radiology Technologist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT
• Experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Stroke and trauma imaging experience
• Abdominal, GI, and pelvic imaging
• Head and neck imaging
• Lower and upper extremity imaging
• Spine and pelvis imaging
• PACS system operation
• Preparation and administration of contrast media
• Starting intravenous lines
• Experience with Epic
