Schedule

  • Night shift
  • 3x12-hour shifts
  • 19:00–07:00
  • 36 hours per week
  • Half of scheduled shifts on weekends

Assignment Length

13 weeks

Unit Overview

  • Medical-surgical unit with telemetry capabilities
  • 19 rooms
  • Patient population includes young adults through geriatrics
  • Typical patient ratio: 1:6

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
  • Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

  • Travel experience is preferred
  • Candidates residing in certain nearby counties are not eligible for this assignment
