ICU RN Travel Contract

Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kansas
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule / Assignment Details

• On-call not required
• Block scheduling is not available beyond 3 or 4 shifts
• RTO must be approved and documented before the assignment starts
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week

Facility Details

• Acute care hospital
• Level 3 trauma center
• 149 staffed beds

Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card or SSN
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• Background check with education verification
• State license verification
• NURSYS verification for RNs
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• TB clearance documentation
• Tdap vaccination or approved exemption
• Seasonal flu vaccination or exemption, when applicable
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years of start

Additional Notes

• Meditech charting is required
• Any color scrubs are allowed
• OR/L&D/Cath Lab scrubs are provided
• Parking is free
