Required Qualifications
- Valid Medical Lab Technician license in Louisiana
- Medical Lab Technician (2 years of experience)
- Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
- 2 or more years of total travel experience
Application Requirements
- Copy of photo ID
- 2 references
- Criminal background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript or diploma required for phlebotomist
- 12-panel drug screen within 90 days before start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Annual respirator fit testing
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- TB questionnaire
- Influenza vaccination documentation or approved exemption paperwork
- COVID exemption paperwork if applicable
- HealthStream onboarding completion, including glucose course and return demonstration before performing accuchecks
Additional Notes
- BLS is not required for Medical Lab Technician roles
- Flu vaccination is not required for employment at this facility
