Postpartum RN

Role

• Postpartum RN assignment in Seattle, Washington.
• Unit focus: Postpartum / Mother-Baby / Couplet Care.
• Float scope includes Issaquah Campus Postpartum, Edmonds Campus Postpartum, and Labor and Delivery for the 2nd hour of recovery.

Schedule

• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30.
• Traveler choice: 13 or 26 weeks.
• Traveler choice: 3x12s or 4x12s.
• 6 weekend days per contract.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington.
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Post Partum (2 years of experience).
• Post Partum experience within the last year.
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure.
• Experience working with High Risk patients.
• Magnesium administration experience.
• Ability to manage 4 couplets.
• Labor and Delivery experience.
• Experience with Epic.

Preferred Qualifications

• JADA experience.

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers are accepted if they have at least 2 years of experience.
• The facility is a large-volume, high-census setting with high-risk obstetric patients.
