Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (L&D/OB)

Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• 4x12 hour shifts (48 hours per week)
• No local travelers (permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility)
• 8-bed unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio:

  • 1:1 for active labor
  • 1:2/3 for Mother Baby unit
• Must be willing to work at least one holiday if scheduled (Thanksgiving including weekend after, Christmas, New Year)
• Return to Office (RTO) limit: 5 days

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery/OB experience (required)
• Fetal Monitoring experience
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Current certifications required at time of submission:

  • BLS (AHA)
  • AWHONN
  • NRP
• BSN preferred
• STABLE certification preferred

Licensing

• Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission

• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Services include Medical, Surgical, Intensive Care, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and Mental Health
• Outpatient services: Pulmonary, Cardiac, Physical Rehabilitation
• 24-hour Emergency Care, fully equipped laboratory, extensive Radiology department
