Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license (California)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapist experience (required)
• Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment (required)
• License verification and all certifications must be current at time of submission
• Permanent address must be included in submission
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not required

• Work history and Physical Therapist skills checklist required for application
• Agency timesheet with supervisor signature required for time tracking
