Job Description
- Registered Nurse in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Must float to Emergency Department (ED) with no exceptions
Contract Length
- Approximately 52 weeks (1 year)
Required Qualifications
Licensure & Certifications
- Active RN license in California (Nursys verification required at onboarding)
- ACLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention training)
Experience
- Specialty: RN Critical Care
- Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard critical care RN experience expected
Testing & Exams (Must pass with 80% or higher)
- Basic Pharmacology Exam
- Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening
- Core Competencies Exam

- Annual respirator fit test (3M 1860(s) mask or facility-approved equivalent)
- Annual physical/health statement confirming clearance to work
Professional Training
- California Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
- OIG exclusion check (must be current)
- Agency attestation form (completed last after all credentials uploaded)
