Job Description

Seeking a Cath Lab Radiology Technician with experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. This role requires fluoro license and certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist and Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Valid Fluoroscopy License
• Registered Radiology Technologist (AART)
• ACLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• BLS Certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross

Required Credentials and Compliance (Must be completed prior to or at onboarding)

• Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (valid for 2 years)
• Driver’s License or State ID
• Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test including THC saliva test, per California law)
• Color-blind Test (annual)
• Agency Attestation
• Excluded Individual Search (SAM/EPLS)
• Updated Resume reflecting recent work history
• Two Professional References (one from a manager or direct supervisor)
• COVID-19 Vaccination (2 doses plus booster or declination)
• MMR Immunity (proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer; declinations accepted)
• Annual Respirator Fit Test
• Hepatitis B Immunity or Declination
• Influenza Vaccine or Declination (required Nov 1 - Mar 31)
• TB Test (within 1 year of start date)
• Varicella Immunity or Declination
• Tdap Immunity or Declination
• Physical/Health Statement (clear to work, within 1 year)
• Core Competencies Exam (minimum 80%)
• Skills Checklist
• National Criminal Background Check (within 1 year)
• Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9 or agency attestation)
• Specialty Exam (minimum 80%)
• Signed Job Description (current, within the year)
