Required Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in New York
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist (5 years of experience)
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT (N) or CNMT
• Driver's License
• Positron Emission Tomography Technologist experience
• Resume with all employment and gaps from the last 7 years accounted for, education history with degree title and graduation date, city/state for all assignments and education, and dates in MM/YY format
• 2 professional references:

  • 1 supervisor reference from employment within the last 12 months
  • 1 supervisor or peer reference from employment within the last 3 years
• Signed and dated job description
• Verification of most recent employer
• Completed health and onboarding requirements, including:

  • Influenza vaccine or declination form
  • MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
  • Fit test completed before start
  • Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination form
  • TB testing
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
  • Tdap within the last 10 years or declination form
  • Physical/health statement within the past 12 months

Additional Notes

• If a flu declination is used, the traveler must wear a mask at all times while on assignment.
• The assignment involves travel between two sites every other week using a mobile unit.
