Nursing Supervisor/House Manager

Overview

• Contract assignment in Lincoln, Maine
• 13-week contract
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 3x12 nights

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• House Supervisor experience within the last year
• 2 years of House Supervisor experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• STABLE
• ED - Emergency Department experience
• Experience working with Neonate patients
• Experience working with Geriatric patients

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Two years of recent progressively responsible leadership experience preferred

Role Summary

• Serves as on-duty administrator for all hospital departments during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
• Provides oversight of staffing, patient care, quality improvement, compliance, and emergency/disaster response
• Supports medical/surgical, ED, and ICU patient care services
• Demonstrates EMR competence and serves as an EMR resource for staff
