Respiratory Therapist

Job Overview

Travel role in Lander, Wyoming
36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks
Variable day/night schedule: two day shifts and one night shift

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Wyoming
Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
Experience working with Pediatric patients
Experience working with Maternal-Fetal patients

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide cardiopulmonary services for inpatients and outpatients
Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
Deliver medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
Maintain airways
Manage ventilators
Insert arterial lines
Perform intubations
Conduct pulmonary function studies
Perform cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
Obtain blood gases
