RN Endoscopy

Overview

  • Travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 hours per week
  • Endoscopy unit with 5 pre-op beds, 5 post-op beds, and 2 procedural rooms
  • Small, family-oriented department with a strong team focus

Schedule

  • 4 10-hour shifts
  • On-call weekends and after hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide endoscopy nursing care
  • Perform or assist with colonoscopies, endoscopies, and ERCPs
  • Float to local endoscopy facilities or pre-op/PACU as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Virginia
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
  • Endoscopy experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS

Additional Details

  • Documentation system used: Expanse
  • Required dress code: blue scrubs, light blue preferred
