RN Endoscopy

Overview

Travel assignment in Richmond, Virginia
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Endoscopy unit with 5 pre-op beds, 5 post-op beds, and 2 procedural rooms
Small, family-oriented department with a strong team focus

Schedule

4 10-hour shifts
On-call weekends and after hours

Responsibilities

Provide endoscopy nursing care
Perform or assist with colonoscopies, endoscopies, and ERCPs
Float to local endoscopy facilities or pre-op/PACU as needed

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
Endoscopy experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS

Additional Details

Documentation system used: Expanse
Required dress code: blue scrubs, light blue preferred
