Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Crown Point, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Patient Ratio: 5:1
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call: None required
• Electronic Health Record (EHR): Epic

Patient Population

• Adults with a mix of:

  • Stroke
  • Traumatic and Non-Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Debility
  • Amputation
  • Non-Traumatic and some Traumatic Spinal Cord injuries
  • Cardiac and Pulmonary conditions
  • Neurological disorders such as Myopathy, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

Skills and Work Environment

• Must be able to work cohesively within a team environment alongside therapy and nursing staff
• Familiarity with equipment such as Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G is beneficial

• Dress Code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs required; blue jeans are not acceptable attire

• Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position
