Overview

  • Travel RN role in Richlands, Virginia
  • 6-week contract
  • 2 openings in L&D and 2 openings in Nursery
  • Shift: 7p
  • Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
  • Weekend hours: 7p-7a
  • Call: No

Unit / Setting

  • OB 3rd floor
  • Trauma Level 3 OB
  • Department / cost center: Nursery 670, L&D 707
  • Beds: 3 L&D, 9 OB, 14 Nursery, 3 intermediate nursery
  • Must float to Nursery and Post-Partum
  • May float if units are closed due to census

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Virginia
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
  • Nursery experience
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NRP

Preferred

  • General OB L&D and Nursery care
  • At least 1 year of experience

Additional Notes

  • OB unit generally has low volume
  • Less than 15 deliveries per month
