Overview

• Travel role in Shreveport, Louisiana
• Full-time
• Day shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Temp-to-perm is an option

Required Qualifications

• Echo Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Echo Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS
• RDCS or RCS or ARRT (VS)
• Experience working with Cardiac Surgery patients
• OR/intraoperative TEE experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of echocardiography experience

Schedule

• Weekend call every 3–4 weeks depending on staffing
• One week of call every 3–4 weeks depending on staffing

Work Setting

• No floating
• Supports OR, inpatient, outpatient, and cath lab
• 5–8 cases per day, average 5 scans per day

Role Summary

• Performs diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), stress echocardiograms, and other cardiac ultrasound procedures per physician orders
• Works under general guidance to produce diagnostic-quality echocardiographic images and support evaluation and treatment of cardiovascular conditions
