Number of Staff: 15
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
- Night Shift: 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech
Patient Ratios: 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post-CABG patients
Equipment: Balloon pumps, CRRT, Hypothermia, ECMO
EMR System: Meditech

Required Certifications & Licenses

Registered Nurse License
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIH Certification

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in ICU or specialty area

Typical Procedures & Patient Types

Trauma patients
Post-CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)
Post-TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement)
General post-surgical ICU patients
Management of chest tubes, central lines, medication drips
