• Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics
• Work Setting: Operating Room (OR)
• Equipment: DaVinci Surgical System
• EHR System: Cerner

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)

Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience in Specialty: 2 years (highest required)
• Prior Travel Experience: Not specified (assumed not required)

Skills and Experience Must-Have

• Scrub technique
• Aseptic technique
• Experience with bronchoscopes
• Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)
• Mitral valve replacement
• Pericardial window procedures
• Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Inpatient and outpatient experience
• Trauma cases
• First assisting
• Vascular surgery
• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
• Atrial Septal Defect repair
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD)

Additional Information

• No float requirements
• Scrubs provided as dress code
• Patient ratios consistent with daily surgical volume
