Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
• Call Requirements: As needed

• Number of Beds in Unit: 14
• Patient Ratio: 1 nurse to 4 patients

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of ER experience
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
  • HWC (Hospital Wound Care)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Kentucky
• Additional: Must have all required certifications prior to start; client may require additional certifications

Orientation

• Weekly orientation sessions on Mondays
• Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as travel staff
