Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Care Management certification (AMC or CCM)
Float / Assignment Details
- Required to float to sister campuses as needed
- Travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses as well
Hiring / Submission Notes
- HWL prescreen interview, Manager final interview, and offer
- Radius rule: 50 miles from facility to perm address
- All RTO must be on submission; no RTO approvals after submission
- Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start
- No exceptions for pending docs
