Job Overview

- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 16 weeks
Role Details
- Home health setting with wound care and geriatric home health patients
- Minimum of 23–24 visits per week to qualify for the 40-hour guarantee
- No weekends
- No on-call requirement
- First-time travelers are accepted
- Locals are accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Territory will be discussed during interview and may include surrounding counties
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- Driver's License
Additional Notes
- Charting is done in clinic and cannot be taken home
- Free parking is available
- COVID vaccination is required; religious exemption allowed
- Flu vaccination may be declined with a declination form
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Compliance processing may take 2–3 weeks before start
