Registered Nurse — Rehab

Overview

• Travel/contract role in an inpatient rehab hospital setting
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted

Schedule

• Every other weekend required
• On-call not required
• RTO must be approved at time of submission only; cannot be approved after offer
• Cannot take every holiday off
• Call-outs must be given with more than 24 hours’ notice

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1.5 years of rehabilitation experience
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in an inpatient rehab setting
• Ability to fill in for charge nurse as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred
• Charge nurse role requires ACLS certification

Work Setting

• Acute inpatient rehab patients
• Single-unit facility

• Cerner charting
• Navy blue or black scrubs; closed-toe shoes
