- Hours per week: 40
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Call required: 1–2 days per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in California
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Fluoroscopy Permit
- Experience with Epic
- Experience with Cerner

- Proof of W-4 on file
- 7-year criminal background check
- HHS/OIG check
- Two satisfactory references

- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within 1 year of start
- Tdap vaccination required
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B vaccination series, titer, or signed declination
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Flu vaccination or declination required year-round
- Vaccine attestation form
- Standards of conduct acknowledgement

Additional Notes
- Primary source license verification is required within 30 days of start
- Pyxis acknowledgment is required
- Scripps learning modules must be completed by the due date
- Facility provides OR and L&D scrubs
- No scrub color requirement
- Must have at least 6 months of EPIC or Cerner experience
- Interview notes are required for audits for certain units
- Radiation badge is supplied for applicable staff
