Night shift, 3x12 hours
36 hours per week

Unit Details

Medical-surgical unit with internal medicine patients
May float to Medical Surgical and Medical Surgical/Telemetry
Charge nurse and supervisor on every shift
Typical nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:5 days, 1:6 nights

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Med Surg (1.5 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)

Additional Requirements

Must be willing to work 50% of holidays during the contract
Must be able to work weekends, rotating shifts, call, and inclement weather as assigned
First-time travelers accepted
No locals within 50 miles

Physical Demands

Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
Role involves routine exposure to patients with contagious illnesses
