License note: Missouri license pending is accepted

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

ENPC

Required Health Documentation

Negative TB or chest X-ray
Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
Flu vaccination or signed declination during flu season
Seasonal COVID vaccination or declination

Additional Onboarding Requirements

Candidate must sign the job description
Candidate must review the parking policy
COVID-19 vaccination declaration must be completed
TB questionnaire required for positive TB
Performance evaluation most recent and annually
Facility modules may be completed before start or during orientation
