Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Minimum of 3 years of dialysis experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with apheresis, including plasma exchange and red blood cell exchange
- Experience with central lines
- Experience with ports
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
