• Shift: Day shift, 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) - Therapeutic
• License: Valid Radiation Therapist license with required state certifications (e.g., CPDH Certificate for CA)
• References: Minimum of 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Background Checks: Must pass comprehensive background checks including SSN trace, education verification, and state-specific searches as applicable
• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Health Requirements:

  • Immunizations and titers (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDAP) or documented declinations
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
  • COVID vaccine or declination
  • Drug screening (10 panel) within 90 days of start
  • Respirator clearance for respirator use (annual)
  • Fit mask testing (annual)

Additional Requirements

• Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted; prior travel experience not required
• Documentation: Must provide government-issued photo ID, social security card, employment application covering last 5 years, and skills checklists as applicable
• Training Modules: Completion of required regulatory, specialty-specific, and facility-specific training modules via LMS platform prior to start and annually thereafter
• Floating Policy: Acknowledgement required; may be required to float to other nearby facilities
• Radiation Badge: Issued by facility upon assignment
