Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NICU

Location

  • City: Saint Louis, Missouri

Employment Type

  • Travel/Contract
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

  • Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Weekend requirement: Every other weekend

  • Level 1 Trauma Facility
  • Teaching Hospital
  • Approximately 400 staffed beds

Job Description

  • Specialty: Respiratory Care with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience required
  • Skills required: Emergency Department (ED), Level 1 Trauma, NICU, Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatrics
  • Floating within scope to meet facility needs: Not required
  • On-call: Not required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Missouri
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
